Tech Support

Every company has unique challenges and needs.  That’s why we maintain the traditional model of providing support only when a client needs and requests it.  While it is rarely the ideal scenario for support, it is the best fit for clients that aren’t as reliant on their infrastructure.  Our office staff is available during regular business hours with emergency after-hours support as an available option.  There are no monthly fees…just an hourly fee based on support as it is provided.
